This Automatic Packaging Unit for Semi-Finished Lenses is designed for the large-scale packaging needs of progressive semi-finished lenses in the optical industry. Capable of packaging 720 lenses per hour, this unit selects the appropriate plastic cup and box from a selection of ten cup options and five box types. Once matched, the lenses are packaged and arranged into 24 double magazines, each containing 15 packaged lenses, based on operator-set criteria.

When used alongside the Fully Automatic Pad Printing Unit for Semi-Finished Lenses, this machine enables complete control and packaging with minimal operator involvement. With the ability to accommodate various measurements such as diameter, center thickness, and curvature, it can also handle single vision and multifocal semi-finished lenses.
