Basic information
The Identification & Inking Unit for semi-finished lenses (type MITSF) is a cutting-edge machine designed for the optical industry. This innovative MITSF system is specifically created to identify and print progressive and multifocal semi-finished lenses with precision.
Equipped with the advanced PPOS system, this unit can seamlessly detect the micro-engravings or upper segment line on the lenses and accurately identify the semi-finished products by reading the unique identification code. This includes checking the product code, addition, base, eye, logo at the edge, or under the micro-engravings, utilizing Optical Character Recognition technology.
Moreover, the lenses that have been meticulously inspected are then inked by a robot, offering exceptional flexibility in selecting images for printing, with the capability to choose from a wide range of options including 10 plates with 20 images each. Furthermore, the data from this machine can be effortlessly transmitted to the automatic packaging unit, ensuring a streamlined process and eliminating any chances of product mispackaging.
