The MCSFU is engineered to handle lenses with a diameter ranging from 65mm to 85mm, with convex bases varying from 0 to -14.5D for both spherical and aspherical lenses. The overall thickness can range from 7 to 25mm, with edge thickness specifications of 0.02D* within the 0D to 10D range, and 0.04D in the 10D to 14.5D range. Additional features include a conveyor system for rejected lenses and a ticket printer for rejected jobs, making it a comprehensive solution for semi-finished lens inspection in eyewear manufacturing settings.
