Description

The MBS hydraulic cylinders from the MZR-1004 series are specifically designed for use in the actuating and control of various applications. These cylinders are carefully engineered to ensure low friction and a smooth operation without the stick-slip phenomenon. Connecting the cylinders is made easy through a head flange attachment and a threaded attachment on the piston rod. Additionally, for enhanced flexibility, the cylinders come equipped with fittings for pipe connections according to BSPP ISO 1179-2 standards, as well as venting connections on both sides.

You have the freedom to customize the lift and piston rod protrusion according to your specific requirements. Furthermore, our cylinders are compatible with position sensors and provide convenient position monitoring capabilities. To safeguard against corrosion, except for the piston rod and centering surfaces, the entire cylinder is protected with a black primer. If desired, we can also provide alternative surface treatments upon request.

The piston rod surface is particularly durable, being hard chromed, ground, and polished. Our cylinders are designed to handle hydraulic fluids of types H, HL, and HLP according to DIN 51525-1 standards.
