Basic information

The MZR-1001 series of MBS hydraulic cylinders are specifically designed for applications in the stationary mechanical engineering industry that require high quality performance. These cylinders are known for their low friction operation and smooth, stick-slip-free movement. The lift and piston rod overhang can be adjusted to meet specific requirements.

In terms of design, the cylinder is connected using a head flange mounting with a centering shoulder and a threaded shoulder on the piston rod. It is equipped with connections for pipe fittings to BSPP ISO 1179-2 and vent holes for flexible installation positions. The surfaces of the cylinder, except for the piston rod, are protected against corrosion with a black primer. However, alternative surface treatments are available upon request. The piston rod's surface is hardened, chromed, ground, and polished.
