Basic information

The MZR-1004 series of MBS hydraulic cylinders are specifically designed for use as actuating and control cylinders in various industries. These cylinders are highly synchronized and operate with minimal friction, ensuring stick-slip-free performance.

The cylinders are connected using a head flange attachment and a threaded attachment on the piston rod, allowing for easy installation. To enhance flexibility, fittings for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO 1179-2 and venting connections are available on both sides. Additionally, the lift and piston rod protrusion can be adjusted to meet specific requirements.

Our hydraulic cylinders are compatible with position sensors and offer position monitoring capabilities, making them ideal for applications that require precise control. The entire cylinder, except for the piston rod and centering surfaces, is protected against corrosion with a black primer. We also offer alternative surface treatments upon request.

To ensure durability, the piston rod surface is hard chromed, ground, and polished. These cylinders can safely operate with hydraulic fluids of the types H, HL, and HLP according to DIN 51525-1.
