With a pressure range of -1.0 (FV) to +0.5/1.0 bar and a temperature range of -60 °C to +200 °C, these filters can handle even the most demanding operating conditions. The filter cloth, available in mesh sizes ranging from 8 to 115 micron, ensures effective filtration and separation. We use only premium materials in our filters, including borosilicate glass 3.3, PTFE, PFA, and ETFE, guaranteeing excellent chemical resistance and durability.For customized solutions, we offer a clean-room setup and the option to incorporate other materials based on your specific process requirements. The completely sealed (buchiflex) glass system, capable of withstanding full vacuum, ensures optimal performance and reliability.During the filtration process, the slurry is transferred into the filter. The filter cloth retains the solid content, forming a filter cake, while the filtrate flows out through the outlet valve located in the bottom plate.
