They also have a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C to accommodate various process requirements.The filter cloth of our Buchi Nutsche Filters has a mesh size ranging from 8 to 115 microns, ensuring efficient solid-liquid separation. We use high-quality materials such as borosilicate glass 3.3, PTFE, PFA, and ETFE, which are chemically inert and can safely handle a wide range of solvents and acids. Additionally, we offer a clean-room setup and other customizable options to meet your specific needs.Our Buchi Nutsche Filters can be easily integrated with our reactors, allowing for seamless solid-liquid separation after synthesis. The filters are designed with a completely sealed (buchiflex) glass system, ensuring a secure processing environment in an inert atmosphere. The system operates under full vacuum, further enhancing safety.Once the slurry is transferred into the filter, the filter cloth holds back the solid content, forming a filter cake, while the filtrate flows out through the outlet valve in the bottom plate.
