The eMOPA product series is a cutting-edge solution in the laser industry, utilizing a diode-pumped, passively Q-switched solid-state laser as the master oscillator and a downstream diode-pumped power amplifier with a patented optical design. This advanced system allows for the generation of various wavelengths from the deep ultraviolet (DUV) to the green spectral range, including 213 nm, 266 nm, 355 nm, and 532 nm.
One of the standout products in this series is the eMOPA266-40, which emits pulses with a pulse width of approximately 1 ns and a pulse energy of 40 µJ. Operating in transverse single-mode at a wavelength of 213 nm, it delivers an average output power of 40 mW and peak pulse powers exceeding 50 kW. The repetition rate is adjustable from single-shot to a maximum of 1 kHz through external triggering or the provided software.
