The DPSS-CW-DUV laser FQCW266-300 is a solid-state continuous wave laser designed for high precision applications in industries such as Raman Spectroscopy, Metrology, Wafer Inspection, Photoluminescence, and Lithography. This laser model delivers an output power of 300 mW in single-mode operation at a wavelength of 266 nm, with other models in the series offering optical output powers of up to 1 W. Unique to the FQCW266 series is its long coherence length of more than 1000 m and narrow line width, setting it apart from similar 266 nm CW lasers from other manufacturers.
