The eMOPA product series features a diode-pumped, passively Q-switched solid-state laser serving as the master oscillator, alongside a downstream diode-pumped power amplifier that utilizes a patented optical design. Within this series, wavelengths ranging from the deep ultraviolet to the green spectral range are achievable: 213 nm, 266 nm, 355 nm, and 532 nm. Specifically, the eMOPA213-20 model produces pulses with a pulse width of approximately 1 ns and a pulse energy of 20 µJ. Operating at a wavelength of 213 nm in transverse single-mode, it boasts an average output power of 20 mW and peak pulse powers exceeding 30 kW. The repetition rate can be flexibly adjusted from single-shot mode up to 1 kHz through external triggering or the provided software interface. Designed for continuous industrial applications, the eMOPA system finds prominent utilization in ophthalmology, showcasing adaptability to cater to varied customer requirements and enable applications like photoacoustics and ophthalmological markings.
