Basic information

We offer carefully harvested whole apples that are clean and virtually free of visible foreign matter. Our apples are free of parasites or attacks from parasites and are also free of abnormal external moisture. They are also guaranteed to be free from any foreign odors and have a delicious taste.

Our premium category apples have a minimum of 75% red color on the surface and come with an extra waxed coating. These apples are not packed in a bag.

For the Royal Gala variety in this category, the minimum caliber is 65 mm. These apples should be of good quality and exhibit the characteristic shape, caliber, and color of the variety. The pulp should be in a good state and not deteriorate. Slight defects in form, development, or staining, as well as slight defects in the epidermis, are allowed but should not exceed certain limits.

In the other category, defects in shape, development, and staining are admitted as long as the fruits still maintain their minimum characteristics. The pulp should not have any serious defects.
