Basic information

Our LDPE and LLDPE regranulates are specifically designed for film applications in the recycling industry. These regranulates have undergone rigorous testing on our advanced extrusion lines to ensure their high quality and performance.

At our plant, we are committed to using only industrial waste as the raw material for our regranulates. Prior to entering the EREMA recycling line, the waste is carefully sorted and washed to eliminate any impurities. This ensures that our regranulates meet the strict industry standards for film applications.

To maintain a consistent and homogeneous mixture, the materials are blended in a spacious homogenizing silo with a capacity of 50 m3. Each batch consists of 23.5 tonnes of regranulates, providing an ample supply for various film production needs.

Our standard delivery method involves packaging the regranulates in big bags weighing between 1000 to 1200 kg. Each shipment contains 23.5 tonnes of regranulates, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective transportation process. Typically, the materials are available within 14 days after receiving the order confirmation.
