Basic information

Our LDPE and LLDPE regranulates are specifically designed for use in the film industry. These regranulates have undergone thorough testing on our advanced extrusion lines to ensure their quality and performance. What sets our products apart is our commitment to using only industrial waste as raw material in our manufacturing process. Before entering our state-of-the-art EREMA recycling line, the waste materials are meticulously sorted and washed to remove any impurities.

To guarantee consistency in our production, the materials are mixed in a large homogenizing silo with a capacity of 50 m3. Each batch weighs approximately 23.5 tonnes, providing a substantial amount of regranulates for your film applications. For convenience, our standard delivery method involves packing the regranulates in big bags weighing between 1000-1200 kg each, with each shipment totaling 23.5 tonnes.

We strive to ensure prompt delivery of our products to meet your needs. Typically, materials are available within 14 days after order confirmation.
