Description
The AUREX AFM measuring chambers are specially designed for the industry and are directly flanged to the outlet of the vacuum tank. This ensures a reliable and precise ultrasonic measurement with a centric pipe guidance. The chambers are available in a diameter range of 63 - 630 mm, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
With up to 24 sensors, the AUREX AFM allows for parallel measurement of wall thickness and diameter. This feature enhances efficiency and accuracy in various industrial processes. Additionally, the AUREX AFM can be equipped with the Fast Specification Check MKu002FAFM for quick wall thickness checks. This option is particularly useful as the AUREX AFM does not cover the tube completely, allowing it to detect thin section rings caused by jerks in the tube production process.
