Our infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric is designed to meet the demands of various industries. The heating element is carefully embroidered onto a glass mesh fabric carrier material to ensure robustness and efficient heat output. In the CAD layout, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch within the meandering arrangement of the heating strands. Additionally, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor to provide electrical connection for the safety switch.

To ensure the highest safety standards, our company's respective department inserts and connects the safety switch after the technical embroidery process. Each prefabricated element undergoes a thorough functionality and performance test during the final inspection. Only after passing these tests, the element is delivered to the customer.

Moreover, our infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer as a semi-finished product. This allows for customization and integration with other materials such as silicone, rubber, or epoxy resin. This flexibility ensures that the product can be tailored to specific applications and requirements in various industries.
