Basic information

The TIP900 system is an advanced thermal imaging and noncontact profiling system specifically designed for the wallboard industry. It is used to monitor the temperature of wallboards as they come out of the oven. By utilizing an infrared thermal imager, the TIP900 system scans the entire surface of each board, allowing for real-time detection of moisture and density variations within the boards.

With its powerful software, the TIP900 system provides comprehensive data integration, visualization, and event analysis. This software offers users a complete solution for real-time monitoring, detection, and traceability. It also analyzes and provides optimal oven dryer profile balance, ensuring consistent and high-quality wallboard production.

Operators can view detailed wallboard quality maps, historical temperature trend charts, and images either locally at the operator workstation or remotely. All data is stored in the LogViewer database, ensuring complete process visibility and long-term traceability.

The TIP900 system software allows for detailed continuous board quality monitoring, archiving 100% of all board images for future reference and analysis.
