Description
Panelsell specializes in supplying sandwich panels for commercial buildings and coldrooms. These insulated sandwich panels, also known as insulated sandwich boards or composite panels, consist of two profiled metal sheets with an insulated layer material in between. The outer sheets are typically made from steel, but stainless steel or aluminum can be used for special purposes. The standard sheet thicknesses range from 0.5mm to 1.0mm, but can be produced in other strengths as needed. The wall panels commonly feature the Eurobox-marked profile, although smooth and micro-ribbed surface finishes are also available.
The core insulation of these composite wall panels is typically rigid polyurethane foam (PUR). However, there is an increasing demand for panels with core insulation made of rockwool or polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) to meet fire-protection requirements. These panels have fire-rating classes and include non-combustible materials.
The wall panels are assembled using a tongue and groove system and can be attached with either open or secret fixing. Open-fixing panels have visible screws, while secret-fixing joints conceal the screws when mounted.
At Panelsell, we offer a range of insulated wall panels that can be custom manufactured to your specific requirements in terms of length, thickness, and color. We can also provide alternative special surplus stock items and canceled orders at low prices upon request.
