Description
We offer last-minute delivery of high-quality rockwool panels for sound insulation and fire protection. These panels are made of A-grade production and B-grade surplus stock, making them highly resilient and cost-effective.
Rockwool panels are composite sandwich panels that consist of sheets connected firmly with rockwool insulation. The insulation is made of molten rock, which is pulled into threads to form a fibrous structure. The evenly distributed fibers ensure consistent shear strength.
These panels are commonly used in areas where fire protection requirements are necessary. They can be installed as internal or external firewalls, suspended ceilings, and roof structures. The panels can be laid vertically or horizontally due to their end joints, offering flexibility in application. They can also be used for basic insulation of existing buildings.
The rockwool panels are classified according to EN 13501-1 standards. They are classified as either A1 or A2 for non-combustible materials, or B, C, D, E for combustible materials. A1 is the highest class, indicating the highest level of non-combustibility.
In addition to fire protection, the panels also provide excellent acoustic insulation. The panels have sound absorption properties, offering peace and quiet in operation. The flat inner surface of the panels is designed with acoustic perforations, making them suitable for inside walls. However, the outside sheet is not air-tight.
We offer customization options for fire protection or acoustic panels according to your specific requirements, including length, thickness, and color tones. We can also provide special pricing for certain products and canceled orders.
