Description

Panelsell specializes in supplying sandwich panels for commercial buildings and coldrooms. Our insulated sandwich panels, also known as insulated sandwich boards or composite panels, are made up of two profiled metal sheets with an insulated layer material in between. The outer sheets are typically made from steel, but we can incorporate stainless steel or aluminium for special purposes. The standard sheet thicknesses range between 0.5mm to 1.0mm, but we can produce panels in other strengths as needed.

Our wall panels usually have the Eurobox-marked profile on the sheet, but we can also provide smooth and micro-ribbed surface finishes. The standard core insulation of our composite wall panels is rigid polyuerethane foam (PUR). However, we also offer panels with a core insulation consisting of rockwool or polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) for increased fire protection requirements. These panels have fire-rating classes and are made with non-combustible materials.

Our wall panels are assembled using a tongue and groove system and can be attached either with open or secret fixings. In open-fixing panels, the mounted screws are visible, while secret-fixing joints conceal the screws when mounted.
