Yasar Acar is a family-owned company that was established in Istanbul, Turkey in 1978. Initially, the company focused on manufacturing brass material products but shifted its focus to commercial coffee grinders in 1992. The founder of our company, Yasar Acar, lent his name to the business.

With nearly 50 years of experience, Yasar Acar has become a renowned manufacturer of Turkish precision coffee grinders. Over the years, we have adapted to the evolving needs of the industry while continuously raising the bar in the coffee grinding sector.

At the core of our coffee grinders lies the exceptional material and design of the grinding conical gear, which was developed by Father Yasar Acar himself. Each gear is meticulously milled to perfection in our very own factory. Our grinders are powered by a robust HIGH-TORQUE conical gear system to withstand the heavy workload encountered during fine grinding.

A distinct advantage of the grinding cone design is its ability to reduce coffee beans to the desired size through multiple steps. This ensures that the resulting particle size is consistently uniform, regardless of the selected fineness.
