Lasva Liimpuidu AS is an Estonian furniture manufacturing company established in 1994. Our company operates in the industry of furniture production, specializing in the creation of glulam boards and manufacturing various furniture and furniture components. We pride ourselves on utilizing only high-quality solid wood in the production process, ensuring sturdy construction and long-lasting durability of our furniture.

At Lasva Liimpuidu AS, we prioritize fair forest management principles. Our manufacturing process involves the use of FSC certified pine and spruce wood material, which we source from Estonia, Finland, and Sweden. Through our years of experience, we have found that trees grown in lower temperature climates provide the best material in terms of appearance, sustainability, and strength. This high-quality material serves as the foundation for creating our wooden products.

Our production capabilities encompass a range of offerings, including edge-glued panels used for furniture, door window components, and more. We also specialize in manufacturing furniture components such as glulam, plywood, MDF, and HDF, which are utilized in panel and frame doors, as well as various furniture components. Additionally, we offer a wide selection of furniture that can be explored on our website's webshop at lasse.ee.

In addition to our manufacturing expertise, we provide a variety of services to meet our customers' needs. These services include wood drying, finishing using UV-roller line and hand spray techniques. Our UV-finishing technique for pine maintains its natural color and prevents fading when exposed to sunlight. The roller line technology allows for efficient and cost-effective finishing of flat surfaces, with a solvent content of less than 5%.

Moreover, we offer tooling services including CNC machining, double tenon creation, cutting, drilling, and molding. These services allow us to customize and shape wood according to specific requirements.

By aligning ourselves with the European Green Deal, we actively contribute to reducing the global CO2 footprint. Our long-lasting furniture products effectively bind CO2 for generations, promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.
