Kraft Heinz sells its Canadian division to Parmalat

Kraft Heinz has announced the sale of Parmalat’s Canadian cheese division. This was said in a statement. 

The amount of the transaction is over 1.62 billion Canadian dollars (about $ 1.23 billion). The agreement includes the sale of Cracker Barrel brands, P "tit Quebec and aMOOza! Kraft Heinz will sell production in Ingleside, Ontario, and also transfer about 400 employees to Parmalat. Kraft Heinz is an American food concern that emerged after the merger of Kraft Foods Inc. and HJ Heinz Company. Parmalat SpA is an Italian corporation for the production of dairy and other food products. The headquarters of the company is located in the town of Collecchio (Emilia-Romagna region).
