The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) issued a permit from Dragon Capital Investments Limited (Nicosia, Cyprus) and The Goldman Sachs Group (New York, USA) for the indirect acquisition of control over LLC Royal-Rent (Kiev). It is reported by the press service of the regulator.

Recall, LLC "Royal-Rent" manages the Kiev shopping and entertainment center (SEC) "Aladdin" with an area of ​​10.5 thousand square meters. m on the street. Mikhail Grishko, 3a in Darnytskyi district of Kiev. The facility was put up for sale  fo ndom Meyer Bergman  in May 2018 for  $ 22.5 million. The property of TC Fund Aladdin began in 2008. The amount of the transaction then amounted to about $ 40 million.

Also on October 17, Dragon Capital acquired the Platinum Business Center building, adjacent to the shopping and entertainment center "Aladdin", with an area of ​​4.1 thousand square meters. m. This was reported on its Facebook page by the company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acted as a broker in this transaction.

Earlier it was reported that in 2016, Dragon Capital acquired the shopping center "Pyramid" , which is located in close proximity to the shopping center "Aladdin".
