To move to Legion I, the bank must release it from tenants. One of them, Region Group, apparently has already agreed to move. In July, people close to different sides of the deal said that the group could move to Dubrovka, in the Dominion Tower, the only office project of the famous British architect Zaha Hadid in Moscow.

Now, Otkritie FC, which since the end of 2017 has come under the control of the Central Bank, is renting one of the towers of the Vivaldi Plaza business center from the former owner, Otkrytie Holding. The bank stopped paying rent for space in Vivaldi Plaza, RBC reported .
