The V1588S, V1588 and V1688 are compact single or double lane skinning machines specifically designed for small and medium-sized fillets of white fish with delicate flesh. These machines are optimized to enhance shine and yield by utilizing silver plates positioned at the pressure roller level for fillet holding and guidance (Varlet patent). They are versatile for both traditional and deep skinning processes. Equipped with either 2 pressure rollers for simultaneous peeling of 2 fillets or a single pressure roller for single-lane operation, these machines offer flexibility in skinning operations.
