This versatile machine comes in two options: it can be purchased without a table (V568 ST) or with a table (V568 PF) specially crafted for skinning small fillets. The table, equipped with surface watering, enhances the shine of the fillets and maintains the same quality as hand-pulling.

The machine's teeth can be adjusted on the roller to accommodate fish of different thicknesses.
