The ECOROLL OMEGA system revolutionizes the machining process for hydraulic cylinders and cylinder liners by integrating skiving and roller burnishing functionalities. The OMEGA skiving head precisely shapes the inner surface of the cylinder, while the roller head burnishes it simultaneously. Replacing traditional honing methods, this combined process is not only more efficient but also significantly faster and cost-effective.

The system's modular design allows for customized tool configurations based on pipe quality and machining length requirements. In cases where tubes need separate skiving and burnishing or the processes need to be done sequentially, SK skiving heads can be used independently and paired with GZ roller burnishing tools. The SK skiving head peels the cylinder in the first pass, followed by the GZ tool burnishing it smooth in the second pass.
