The PEC – PEC VM (VM = metal tank) series offers the best solution for tertiary filtration in various industries. With high solid removal yields, minimum water, and energy consumption, these models are designed for efficient and effective filtration processes.

In this series, cloth washing is efficiently done with pumps, each of which is equipped with two or more discs. The pumps are precisely actuated in sequence to maintain the functionality of the system without disruptions.

The PEC – PEC MT solution is particularly well-suited for small to medium unattended systems with heavy and highly variable loads. The largest model in this series has the capacity to process a load equivalent to a community of approximately 20,000 Population Equivalents (PE). For higher processing capacities, multiple models can be installed in parallel.

Key features of the PEC series include gravity filtration with minimal head loss, continuous filtration without the need for standby units during backwash phases, cloth filters made of polstoff free fiber with high mechanical strength, and a high filtration rate for concentrations of Total Suspended Solids (TSS) in the tertiary treatment process.
