The Relax RDF standard mattress is designed for a matrimonial bed intended for two people, constructed with durable hardwood, multi-layered beech. This material provides long-lasting flexibility and strength, capable of supporting weights exceeding 350 kg.

The mattress features slightly curved slats, each measuring 6.8 cm in width and 0.8 cm in thickness, firmly secured in plastic supports (H20 boxes) integrated into the sides of the beams. This design eliminates any potential creaking noises. Additionally, a transverse bar under the slats enhances stability, ensuring the frames do not separate over extended periods of use.

The slats are crafted through an industrial process from treated beech logs, known for its superior quality compared to other woods like birch or poplar. Lamellas are produced by pressing technical veneer sheets together at high temperatures after applying adhesive.
