They are securely held by plastic supports (H20 boxes) embedded in the sides of the struts, measuring 6 cm x 2.5 cm, effectively eliminating any unwanted creaking noises. Additionally, a transverse bar beneath the slats enhances stability, preventing any potential shifting over extended periods of use. The slats are manufactured through an industrial process using treated beech logs, transforming them into high-quality lamellas by pressing technical veneer sheets together at high temperatures with adhesive.
