The AQUATUBE® series is a specialized product designed for the aeration of Activated Sludge Basins in both Municipal and Industrial Wastewater Treatment plants. Its unique design prevents sedimentation while optimizing mixing and oxygen transfer efficiency. The AQUATUBE® 90 model is specifically engineered for installation on DN100 stainless steel pipe or DN110 PVC using an easy fastening system. Alternatively, the AQUATUBE® 70 can be mounted on square stainless-steel or polypropylene manifolds.

1. DIFFUSER BODY: Constructed from glassfibre reinforced polypropylene, this component offers exceptional abrasion resistance, high chemical durability, and significant mechanical strength.

2. EPDM MEMBRANE: These membranes effectively prevent water ingress into the feeders when air supply is halted, ensuring operational reliability.

3. POLYPROPYLENE FIXING BRACKETS: These brackets facilitate straightforward installation on circular manifolds, exclusive to the Aqua tube® 90 model.
