Basic information

Diffusers specifically engineered for aerating activated sludge basins and tanks in Municipal and Industrial wastewater treatment plants. These diffusers are designed for quick and easy assembly by rotating them clockwise into a screwed connection, ensuring optimal performance.

The diffuser body is manufactured using Glass Reinforced Polypropylene, providing excellent resistance to abrasion, most chemicals, and significant mechanical strength. The EPDM membrane included prevents water penetration into the distribution pipework when air supply is stopped.

The clamping types vary based on diffuser model:
- AQUADISC® 250-305: Features clamps made of stainless steel or polypropylene to secure the membrane to the diffuser body.
- AQUADISC® 320: Comes with a clamp made of glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene.

The diffusers are equipped with a thread 3 4 conical gas type fitting, allowing easy mounting by simply turning them clockwise.
