This ensures optimal chocolate quality and texture. Each zone has inlet and outlet temperature measurement capabilities, allowing for precise temperature control. The machine also features a PLC control panel with an accurate correction program for maintaining ideal temperatures.
Furthermore, our chocolate tempering machine has a unique design with a scaler and discs that guarantee uniform mixing of ingredients. This ensures consistent and high-quality chocolate production. The machine is constructed using manufacturing materials such as AISI 304 or 316, which ensures its durability and longevity.
Additionally, our chocolate tempering machine offers constant viscosity glaze for icing and cocoa butter. The glaze, once processed through our machine, maintains a consistent viscosity, resulting in a perfectly glossy surface upon curing. The glazed product also remains stable and does not melt in the hands.
This product is suitable for dark chocolate, milk chocolate, icing, and cocoa butter production. For added convenience, we offer optional add-ons such as a chiller and de-crystallizer which further enhance the chocolate processing capabilities.
