Introducing Fleurette Bardon, our registered trademark flour made from crushed olive stone pits. Specifically designed for use in bakeries, our product offers multiple properties that cater to the bread-baking industry. With an odorless and tasteless nature, it serves as a natural insulation for cooking products exposed to high temperatures in wood-fired ovens.
When applied as a protective layer between the baking sheet and the product to be baked, our flour prevents carbonization or burn stains both in the oven and on the baked goods, even at extremely high temperatures. Furthermore, our flour completely disappears during the oven's operation, ensuring a seamless baking process.
Not limited to bread, our versatile product can also be used for pizza-baking in wood-fired ovens. Each bag of our flour is conveniently sold in a 25kg size.
