This fabric utilizes the water electret technique, which results in higher efficiency and higher permeability compared to general meltblown fabrics.
The MAG HEPA fabric meets the standard for high efficiency filtration ranging from H10 to H14. It offers lower air resistance and improved performance compared to other meltblown fabrics. With its exceptional filtration capabilities, the HEPA fabric effectively removes at least 99% of aerosols with a diameter of 0.3 micrometers (μm), making it highly effective in preventing the spread of dust, pollen, and PM 2.5.
To ensure quality control, MAG utilizes the TSI-8130 automated filter tester to test each roll during the production process. This testing equipment is widely recognized and used by international testing laboratories, such as Nelson Labs and TTRI.
The MAG HEPA fabric is suitable for various applications, including mask filtering, air purifiers, air conditioning filters, filtration of second-hand smoke, and cabin filters. It is available in a regular weight of 25gsm, but customization options are possible for weight, width, and length. The fabric comes in a standard width of 175mm and a standard length of 1500m. The color of the fabric is white.
The filtration efficiency of the MAG HEPA fabric is exceptional, with a Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) of 99% or higher and a Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE) of 99% or higher. Additionally, the fabric has a low differential pressure of under 3 mm H2O cm2, ensuring optimal performance.
