Our sign off process consists of three essential parts that need to be completed in sequence.

Firstly, the artwork acknowledgement form needs to be filled out. This step ensures that we have accurate information regarding the design of the product.

Secondly, once you are satisfied with the final artwork template, you can sign it and scan it back to us. This confirms that you approve of the design and are ready to proceed.

Finally, before manufacturing can begin, a deposit fee may be required. This fee covers the initial costs associated with producing the product.

Additionally, we offer the option to hold stock for you for a specified period of time. This allows you to have inventory readily available whenever you need it. To learn more about this option, please reach out to your representative.
