Our LDPE regranulate is a high-quality product that is produced from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) waste material. It is specifically designed for blowing even very thin films. With a Melt Flow Index (MFI) range from 0.3 to 3.0, it can be customized to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

To ensure the utmost quality, our raw material goes through a standard double filtration process utilizing 90 and 90 µm filters. This results in a very clean and homogeneous regranulate that is free from impurities. Additionally, our material is double degassed, further enhancing its purity.

Not only is our LDPE regranulate ideal for blowing films, but it can also be adapted for use in other applications such as the production of cast foil or injection molding. We aim to provide versatile solutions to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

With each batch of our product, we conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure consistent quality. This gives our customers peace of mind, knowing that they can rely on our LDPE regranulate for their production processes.

Packaging options include 1 or 1.2 Mg Big Bags on a 1.2 x 1.2 pallet. For transportation, a full truckload (FTL) can carry a net weight of 24,000 Kg.
