Description

The vertical packaging machine is specifically designed for powder and similar fine products. It features a fast and accurate servo-driven specific auger (worm screw) that controls the target weight of each filling. The auger type and diameter can be easily changed based on the product type and desired weight.

To ensure hygiene and durability, all surfaces that come into contact with the products are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The machine also includes an easy dismountable collar set design for convenient cleaning and maintenance.

The package length can be controlled either by a print mark or the feeding duration. Continuous checking of the printer state ensures accurate and reliable packaging. The wrapping material is driven by AC motors, while horizontal sealing and cutting are executed using pneumatic power.
