Metal testing and analysis, including assessments of mechanical properties and microstructure, are conducted using spectrometers and furnace chemical composition analysis. Non-destructive inspection methods, such as magnetic particle examination (MPE), liquid penetrant examination (LPE), ultrasonic examination (UE), and radiographic examination (RE) are employed.

Our experienced inspector team conducts meticulous dimension inspections, guaranteeing the accuracy and precision of the castings. Quality control measures are in place to maintain consistent standards throughout the manufacturing process. Furthermore, we offer third-party inspections for added assurance.

Additionally, we are flexible and open to special inspection methods as required by our customers. These methods may include hydraulic, pneumatic tests, water tight tests, and more.
