Description
Schöpp-Sportboden GmbH introduced the Slide quality in 1999, making it the first textile tennis floor with a loop structure available in the market. This innovation brought a revolutionary advantage, as the pronounced loop structure securely held a larger quantity of granules required for playing with profiled tennis shoes. The unique rubber structure of the Slide quality also provided smooth gliding behavior during play.
In 2010, Schöpp-Sportboden GmbH further improved the structure of their textured loop granule surface with the introduction of the herringbone structure Winner. The Winner surface features a coarser structure, allowing for a more sustainable and uniform distribution of granules. Additionally, the ball bounce properties of this surface resemble that of playing on sand. With a yarn count of 1,000 gu002Fsqm and 256,000 Nu002Fsqm, SCHÖPP® Winner is known for its high-quality tuft construction, which has been proven on approximately 1,000 Slide and Winner pitches.
