Description

TRAPOROL's special polydirectional roller rails offer a versatile solution for industries that require the turning, sorting, and shifting of flat conveyed items in various directions. These roller rails are designed to optimize roller distances for convenient operation.

The A and B edges of the roller rails should be mounted alternately next to each other to ensure that the rollers are arranged in a shifted manner. This arrangement facilitates efficient movement of the conveyed items.

The ARL series of roller rails is available in different sizes to fit the corresponding ARS series. The options include ARL 40 for ARS 40, ARL 48 for ARS 48, ARL 60 for ARS 60, ARL 80 for ARS 80, and ARL 120 for ARS 120.

Variations of the roller rails are available to suit different requirements. These include galvanized roller rails with untreated cut edges, stainless steel roller rails, and powder coated roller rails in RAL standard colors. Special dimensions can be accommodated upon request.
