Description
These cappers are specially designed for the packaging industry, specifically for closing aluminum or plastic screw caps, as well as crown caps. They are typically used in the bottling process for both cylindrical and shaped bottles.
To facilitate the cap feeding process, these cappers are equipped with a choice of centrifugal, rotary, or vibratory feeders. The caps are then transferred through a descending channel that culminates in the distribution head.
One of the standout features of these cappers is the stainless steel threading heads, which are equipped with four rollers. This design ensures excellent threading and capping capabilities, making them suitable for a wide range of caps.
Standard features of these cappers include a centrifugal feeder, an inverter for speed adjustment, a PLC for cycle control, a production display with anomaly signaling, and bottle height format management from the PLC. Additionally, there are two photocells installed on the cap descent channel and a photocell for exit accumulation control on the conveyor belt. These cappers also come with an inlet selection screw, safety guards, a stainless steel electrical panel, and an electric lifting mechanism for the capping head.
In terms of production capacity, these cappers are capable of handling anywhere between 3,000 to 12,000 bottles per hour. This makes them suitable for small to medium-sized production facilities within the packaging industry.
