Description

The EI 60 Fire Dampers are specially designed for installation in false ceilings to provide self-contained fire protection. The damper features a sturdy frame made of aluminium profile bars connected by Tox connections for enhanced durability. It is equipped with an all-round EPDM lip seal, hidden latches, and restraint security for optimal performance.

The fire dampers have been tested and certified for fire resistance from underneath (room side) according to NF EN 1634-1: +A1: 2018 and EN 1634-1: +A1: 2018 standards. With a fire resistance class of EI 60, these dampers effectively prevent the spread of fire from the room into the false ceiling area.

The integrated aluminium frame of the damper is fitted with a fire stop, ensuring reliable fire containment. The cover of the inspection hatch is protected against smoke entry by a versatile all-round seal and is secured on both sides by automatic safety hooking arms. Additionally, the cover is fitted with a DF fire protection plate for added safety.
