The CinchSeal® series comes with several standard features that enhance its overall performance and reliability. With its unique self-adjusting design, it requires lower maintenance compared to traditional seals. It effectively prevents leaks and material loss, offering optimal protection for gearboxes, bearings, and shafts.

Additionally, the CinchSeal® series is equipped with a mounting pattern suitable for standard bearings, making it easy to integrate into existing equipment. It is capable of handling a wide range of materials including dry powders, pastes, slurries, and liquids. Moreover, these sealing products are USDA- and FDA-certified, ensuring their suitability for use in meat, poultry, and dairy applications.

One of the standout features of the CinchSeal® series is its energy-efficient design. It requires 30% less energy compared to traditional packing seals, making it a cost-effective option for businesses. Furthermore, it has a broad temperature range, with the ability to withstand temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 220 °C.

The CinchSeal® series is designed to accommodate longitudinal expansion and axial runout of the shaft, providing flexibility and durability in various operating conditions. To ensure optimal performance, the seals can be pressurized with sealing air, typically at a pressure of 0.3 to 0.6 bar above the pressure of the operating vessel.
