Introducing our flexible foams, versatile and elastic PU foams designed to offer exceptional padding properties for a wide range of applications. While highly popular in the seating furniture industry, these foams also find utility in motor vehicle and rail vehicle seats, as well as seals and loaded damping components.Some key properties of our flexible foams include a moulded part density ranging from 40 to 250 kgu002Fm³, adjustable compression load deflection, and excellent dimensional stability under heat of up to 100°C. The foaming agent used is typically water, although liquid CO2 can also be used.We offer special formulations and versions of our flexible foams to cater to specific requirements. This includes viscoelastic foams, barium sulphate loaded foams for acoustic applications in aviation, FIPFG seals for PU high-pressure processing, and foams with enhanced dimensional stability under heat of up to 150°C in specialized applications. Our foams are also emission-free, complying with RAL-ZU 38 standards.For applications where flame protection is essential, we offer flame protection formulations that meet industry standards. These include FMVSS 302 for automotive applications, DIN 5510 (S3, SR2, ST2) and EU TL 45545 for rail vehicle construction, ABD 0031 and FAR 25.853 for aircraft construction, and California 117 Section A Part 1 for the furniture industry.Choose our flexible foams for superior padding properties and a wide range of applications, backed by specialized formulations to meet specific needs and industry standards for flame protection.
