Our company operates in the Plastic Mold Industry sector which has seen significant growth due to the wide-ranging use of plastic materials. We pay great attention to the design process, ensuring that it is meticulously completed. This includes directing the design to our advanced machine park, where we order the necessary mold set for mold manufacturing. The selection of the raw material for the mold set is done based on the specific product and production requirements, ensuring quality and efficiency are maintained at the highest level.

In addition to injection molds, our company, AYBERKSAN Plastic Mold Industry ZPL, also produces other types of molds such as hot runner molds, blow molds, rubber press molds, and insert molds.

During the CAM phase, the mold design is programmed to be processed on CNC machines. This programming phase also includes reviewing processes that require dimensional precision.

Once the programming is completed, the mold undergoes processing on our CNC machines, ensuring accurate and precise manufacturing.
