In terms of technical features, our product offers versatility in batch size, ranging from 65 to 28,000 liters (net). The cylindrical mixing chamber is designed for maximum efficiency. Users can choose from various mixing tools, including ploughshare, ploughshare with toothed design, mix paddle, and mix paddle with toothed design, depending on their specific needs.

The material of construction can be customized, with options including carbon steel, Hardox 450, AISI 304, AISI 316, and AISI 316Ti. Safety is a priority, as evidenced by the inspection door complete with a safety electric lock and the discharge door with a round profile, forming the bottom side of the mixing chamber.

The rotor shaft is meticulously designed with turned and coaxial ends, ensuring smooth operation. The rotor shaft sealing system features packing seals and wear-resistant ferrules, protecting the rotor shaft and allowing for flushing with air or nitrogen when necessary.
