Maintaining the desired mixing ratio of 1:100,000, our equipment guarantees precision and consistency in every batch. The coefficient of variation (CV) is ≤ 3%, ensuring uniformity in the final product. Additionally, our product requires low maintenance, saving you time and resources.

Featuring a functional design, our mixing equipment is suitable for installation in research and development areas. Its technical features enhance its performance further. With the option to choose from batch sizes of 1.4, 3, 7, or 20 liters (net), our equipment accommodates different production needs.

The cylindrical mixing chamber ensures optimal mixing results, and various mixing tools are available, including ploughshare, ploughshare with toothed design, mix paddle, and mix paddle with toothed design. You can select the material of construction from AISI 304, AISI 316, or AISI 316Ti, depending on your specific requirements.

The discharge door, located at the bottom side of the mixing chamber, has a round profile for convenient and efficient product transfer. The front side inspection door is equipped with a safety electric lock to ensure the operator's safety during maintenance and inspection.

Our mixing equipment also includes an electric control panel with an inverter for speed variation of the main rotor shaft, providing flexibility in the mixing process. Finally, the internal finishing has a roughness of Ra 0.5-0.8 µm, ensuring a hygienic and smooth surface for optimal product quality.
