Description
The Ureas reaction in water is an essential process in the industry. It is worth noting that this reaction is endothermic, meaning it absorbs heat from its surroundings. When urea is added to water, there is a noticeable decrease in temperature, usually around 15 degrees Celsius.
In traditional systems, a significant amount of heating energy, around 75 kW, is required to dissolve urea efficiently. However, our system is designed to operate with only 15 kW of heating energy. This is a significant advantage as it significantly reduces the unit cost associated with the process, leading to increased profitability.
